i spoke to the ladies at the leasing office... and now we officially have permission to use the top level for installs ... but we gotta make sure that everyone behaves in and around my neighborhood (no revving, no setting off car alarms, no speeding, etc.)... ive invited them to come up, hang out and grab some food... on the same day the apartment complex is organising a charity car wash... $10 for a wash and the proceeds go to helping the victims of katrina... so if ur car is dirty and u need it washed u can get it done here... its for a good cause
I will come hang out for a while. I met some of you on the last mountain run but I want to put some more faces with names. Ill help out anyone who needs it. Installs under my belt: Exhaust.uppipe, downpipe, headers, turbo, sparkplugs, 3 different set of coilovers, sway bars, strut bars, grounding kit, big brake kit, brakelines, frontmount, oil catch can, ecu.
Nice Milo, its always good to have official approval! Looks like the temperature is going to creep back up just in time for the install day....
the apartment complex itself is organising the wash... dunno who exactly will be doing the washing but i hope they pull some of the bikini babes from the pool area to do it... i'll throw in some extra money and they can wash me too
to everyone who has not yet volunteered to bring any food, we need the following: plastic plates plastic cups plastic spoons plastic bowls (for the chilli) napkins ketchup mustard multiple coolers with a lot of ice
I'll bring my little cooler and some ice. I'll also bring napkins, paper towels, paper plates, gaterode, and water. Is there anything else you need milo?
there are never too many tools ... i dont have much so bring whatever u guys think is necessary... i think we're covered in terms of food... we have a bunch of soda but no ice or cups... the more ice that could be brought the better...
We need charcoal...and maybe a charcoal grill. It would be sorta nice to have maybe two of them if we need to feed everyone at once. But I'm gonna try to get ours over to his place...not sure if we can do it with the rx8 lol.
this is the earliest ive woken up on a saturday morning.... and im not hung over... thank you install day for promoting healthy habits in me
I'll be there around 10:30 with beer, chips, cooler, ice, mustard, relish, Koni and spring install, painted side skirt install, Perrin FSB install, KB shifter bushings install, front break pads, lots of tools and a cold....
