On a different note.. I am trying to get the video from today off the go pro.. but for some reason its not wanting to load on my laptop... ghey.

Its not as flat as it looks there is some elevation change and its a pretty cool course. Its one of the few I didn't drive in 2007.

 

Granted it may not be flat as Roebling but it only has 50 ft of elevation change total so I changed the post to rolling. Doesn't matter though, this should be called the Catch Leh Keen Lap America

It actually has alot more then 50ft of elevation.. and most of the corners are going up or down..

actually there isn't a flat corner on the track...

 

Update: We again took 1st place in this mornings session at Hallet. This time by about 5 seconds. The GTR moved ended up taking third with the Z06 squeezing between us. This now puts us 10points up in the overall.

 

I haven't been to this track nor have seen any video yet so I can't really have an opinion. My info came from the tracks website and it shows elevation on their track map. It doesn't matter anyways, your kickin ass and hope the second session goes as well as the first.

The guys are doing great, car is running awesome! The drag race should be very interesting. That GTR should do really well in the bracket race....I hear they are pretty easy to run down the 1/4 mile. Pepper takes a little more finesse to try to dial her in...but then again...what girl doesn't?

 

5 fuel grades in 1 octane increments.......crazy.

Just found out....Topspeed GT2 won both sessions today!

Hoping for a top 3 finish at the drags.....it's gonna be tough with a ZR1 and the GT-R's with the auto shift tranny but Leh's the man!

 

The ZR1 packed it up I think.

The Z06 will have a hard time hooking, but will still be a contender....I have first hand experience with Pepper and a couple Z06's on 400 though I'm not skurd. The GTR however I honestly don't know what those things run with a stage two tune AP map...low 11s?

Its the bracket race thats going to really be the mystery. Who knows who could win, or get between us. Ah the suspense.

 

Was the ZR1 the one with the steering belt slapping off?

So sick! we shoulda had a caravan following them around lol. i'd love to see this in person. How about posting a list of events and results as they come in the op.

 

motor trend shows 11.6 @ 120.0 for the GTR
11.3-11.6 for the ZR 1

and that's at stock, you can take a full second off the ZR1 with little work

Initial Results look like we tok 5th place in the drag with a 11.6 @ 128

Looks like the bracket racing did not go well at all but from what I can tell the GT-R and Topspeed GT2 are tied back up for first overall.

 

The bracket race did go well for us, but it also didn't go well for any of the top contenders. We got knocked out at the same time as all of the big dogs, so it was a non issue!

The car wheel hopped pretty bad coming out of the hole, so Leh pulled out of it a little so he didn't brake anything. You can see that in the 2.08 60ft and the fact that the car went 128mph.

However, what happened happened and we are on to Gateway in St. Louis today

I have some in car from Hallett I will post up in a second!

Thanks for following guys...we know this isn't really a Subaru related thing, but we still appreciate the support and comments! You guys are a great community.
