TopSpeed Motorsports is proud to announce the release of our Stage_One TSM Products Bi-Turbo System for the Lamborghini Gallardo and Audi R8 V10 platforms.

Over the last two years TSM has been continually learning the Italian/German platforms both from a mechanical standpoint as well as ECU/DME Programming. Literally hundreds of hours have been spent dissecting the cars systems as well as the factory DME to tap every bit of it’s potential. The factory Bosch DME is a very powerful and capable unit that has built in monitors and safety features crucial to running a safe modified Lambo or Audi.

Our tuning department has uncovered all of the necessary control tables in order to properly tune a Twin Turbo Gallardo LP or R8. We now have complete control over ignition timing, fueling, and all of their respective compensation tables as well as shift control tables for the R-Tronic and E-Gear cars. All of this is included in our Stage_One Bi-Turbo tune! Our air to fuel curved is solid as a rock running 11.8-12.0 as timing ramps consistently throughout the band with no exceptions.

To drive a TSM TT car is just like driving a factory tuned car only better. Drivability is flawless, no bucking or rough idle, no hesitations between shifting, absolutely no bad habits to “deal with”. The cars have just as good around town manners as they do blisteringly fast speeds and amazing sounds.

Every kit is hand fabricated in house here at TopSpeed Motorsports in Atlanta, GA. One person builds the car from start to finish covering every detail. We use nothing but the highest quality materials from our stainless choices, to turbos and intercoolers. These systems utilize Garrett ball bearing turbo chargers with Tial supporting products. The intercooler design is unique in the fact that the intercooler housing also acts as the reservoir for the air to water system. The system is designed to efficiently support over 1100 whp and holds over 3 gallons of cool water.

After completion the car goes on the dyno for a full custom dyno tune in house! We do not out source anything on this build! We do everything from nuts and bolts to the DME calibration right here under one roof. We take pride in every aspect of the build process and feel it is very important to control every aspect of what we are putting in our customers’ cars.

If you are interested in more details about our kit or process of getting one on your car please don’t hesitate to ask. We would love the opportunity to share with you what we think makes our shop unique.

    PERFORMANCE:

Our kit has proven to perform on both the dyno and the street. We run this Stage_One kit at 6 psi of boost making 750whp. At that power level we have been able to achieve an astounding 5.5 second 60-130 time. We will be taking one of our cars to the drag strip soon and I will be sure to update this thread with the results. Also feel free to ask about our Stage_One.5 that offers and 8psi of boost setting for even more power!

See below for 60-130 and Dyno graphs at 6psi

That looks awesome!! I give you guys must respect and props for the attention to detail you guys put into your work.

Whats the Max psi that the engine can hold??? I know its a Lambo but is this still on the stock engine and internals?? Is there even any need to build up the engine initernals??

Will this be out at Caffeine & Octane? Greats shots Robb!

  8. The stock internals are good to about 8psi. We are playing it on the safe side. I'm not really too keen on buying a Gallardo engine right now :)

and yes it will be at C&O for sure
