New here and have been in Atlanta for 5 months. I have been lurking around Clubwrx.net for several years and will be purchasing a new or "new to me" car in the near future. I currently drive a 99 Civic Si which will be rebranded soon due to either a salvage title due to a wreck or theft recovery per a mistake by an unmentioned insurance company. Purchased the car with a CLEAN Carfax, which just goes to show that Carfax is not the end all of correct information regarding a vehicles history. Anyway...all of that is another story and I am slightly bitter about it if you couldn't tell. Nonetheless I have always been found of WRC and the WRX/WRX STi. I am looking at several Makes/Models and hopefully with the help of this forum you can collectively help me decide if the WRX/WRX STi will hlep me with my needs/wants. 1. Where do you live? Hey everyone! I live in Columbus GA. My name is Steve. I drive a 2004 STi My ride is fairly modded (almost 10k) but I need more stuff (who doesn't). Used to get them in Tacoma WA at a Subie store but now I shop online and use vividracing.com a lot until I find a better site. I visit clubwrx.net and NASOIC I like to race my car at Auto-cross and did so a lot in Sierra Vista AZ, won the STU/STS event a few times beating some BMWs, Mini-coopers, other STi/WRX, and others. I always wave at other WRX owners and it was really big in Seattle/Tacoma but there aren't very many here in Columbus and I think I have the only STi. Sucks not to have people to hang out with and talk about WRXs. We had a 60+ member group in Tacoma. I found WRXAtlanta on the clubwrx.net forum. Thanks for posting it there! Steve

Other than that it's just cosmetic (sti scoop, koji-ish headlights). 5. Usually buy from gruppe-s or subydude 6. Nothing local, used to be an active member at vividracing a while back, and obviously I check out nasioc everyonce in awhile. 7. Trying for the "go" but I'm not looking to mod it too much more. A turboback, uppipe, swaybar and wheels are probably about it. The only competitive driving I do is the occasional autocross. 8. I always wave. 9. I saw a WRXAtlanta decal on a passing wrx.
