STi Conversion?

    yes i was very lucky! :D

    i'm aware of that. after i put in the 2.5 & 6mt i will need to upgrade the turbo. not sure what turbo i will go with, but i have plenty of time to do the research.

    so far i have been pleased with the sr40 with my setup. the way i look at it is this... i lucked out and got a pretty well built stage 4 wagon. i've been really happy with the power. but now i want to step it up, and build the car to the way i want it. i'm not looking to build a super high hp monster, just want that low to mid end torque that i'm not getting with the 2.0. some of that could be from the sr40. but with as many miles that is on my car i would rather drop in a new 2.5 short block and 6mt (i may upgrade the tranny before putting in the 2.5). as far as adding meth, i want to wait until after the 2.5 and decide if i need the added power or not.

    also i don't really plan on going to the drag strip, more interested in track days & auto x.
