What is this nozzle for?

    I cannot figure out what this nozzle goes to. Should it be capped or routed somewhere? I have the evap stuff blocked off and removed on the inlet, im just not sure if i blew off a cap on this, if it matters, or if i blew off a hose and have another end-point.

    So since I have removed the evap crap can I plug this?
