  2. Hard as decision coming up. I can't make my mind up on which car i'm going to get. So far i've narrowed it down to 3.

Has anyone dealt with Silverline auto in Portland, OR? They have two there that are bad ass that I'm stuck between which one to get...

  3. The silver is nice. That's what my hubby has. If you are basing it on color choice, the good thing about the silver is that you blend in well with the traffic. :) I don't know. You can't really go wrong with the color choice. Tough decision!!

Are you going to drive it all the way from OR or have it flat-bedded? That would be a fun drive!

I agree, I would go more for the silver one. Mainly because that's what I would choose, due to the spoiler.

  5. The dude at the dealership said that he will put a STi trunk on the black one for free for me :). The silver one has "lowering kit" whatever that means i think just a set of springs or something and the black one has Tein coilovers.

Ummmm you're going to buy a used Subaru half way ... no all the way... across the country without looking at it or driving it in person??????????

just make sure they aren't selling salvage/rebuilt titled cars. IIRC there are a TON of rebuilders selling subarus on the internet in Oregon. seriously, check them out. it would suck if you bought it and it had a ton of problems, that or you couldn't get anyone to insure it.

EDIT: just checked 90% of the cars i clicked on on their website ARE reconstructed. so, don't buy ANY of those if you are smart

  9. That's really scary!! Good thing to watch out for. I think one of the auto WRX's I found online was out there in Oregon... So glad I got mine here in GA from a dealership I trust!

Justin, were you not able to find any closer than that?

  10. I found a few closer but still not in GA.

    Anyone have access to carfax?

TN, FL, OR, and can't remember the others that have leniant rebuild laws. ALWAYS check any used cars from those states for rebuilt/salvage titles.
